Yahoo launched a new version of its popular IM client, Yahoo Messenger 9.0 . The new version introduces some useful new features. Yahoo Messenger 9.0 is available for Windows XP and Vista.
Pingbox: Pingbox is an application that allows you to embed Yahoo messenger chat in your blog or site and chat with your visitors. Your visitors can message you anonymously and you can hide your Yahoo ID from your site visitors. This is useful if you want to engage with your visitors in real time.
Inline Video & Picture Viewer: When you receive a youtube video link or a Flickr Photo from a friend they will show up in your IM conversation.
Original emoticons of the Yahoo Messenger were reintroduced based on user demand. Six new emoticons were introduced based in user ideas for new emoticons
Import contacts wizard allows you to import contacts from other online services like Gmail, AOL, Hotmail, Orkut and others.
Yahoo updated to keep up with your friends activity.
