Gionee GPad G3 with 5.5-inch Display, Quad Core launched for Rs. 9,999

Gionee launched another phablet in India called GPad G3. It is priced just below 10k at Rs. 9,999. Gpad G3 is already available in India from quite sometime through online retailers, Flipkart.com is selling this phone for Rs. 9399.

It features a 5.5-inch display with FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) resolution. It is powered by a 1.2Ghz MediaTek Quad Core Processor with 512MB of RAM. It comes with a 4GB of internal storage along with a micro SD card slot for memory expansion upto 32GB. It packs a 5-megapixel rear camera along with a 0.3MP camera at the front. The main camera comes with auto focus and an LED flash.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, 3G, micro USB. It is a dual SIM phone with support for dual standby. It packs a 2250mAh battery under the hood for providing juice. It is available in both Black and White colors. It comes with Proximity sensor, G-Sensor, E-Compass, Light sensor. Gpad G3 runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.

Specs wise it is a basic entry level phone that appeals to a first time smartphone buyer.
