A good web design will appeal to visitors and gives your web site or blog a unique identity, all the bloggers or webmasters don’t have the ability to create great looking designs. There are a number of free tools to help you to design your blog and Izzymenu is one of them. Of course it won’t help you to design a complete theme but it does help you to create a good CSS/DHTML drop down menu/navigation bar.
Izzymenu has more than 100 CSS styled menus to choose from. The web interface is Ajaxified and it is relatively easy to create a Menu of your choice. Select a style from menu styles and customize to your needs. You can create horizontal or vertical menus using the menu builder. You can change font size, font family, width, height, background colors, borders etc.
Use the “Menu Structure” tab to customize the Menu items, click on the Add button to create new menu links. You can also create submenu items, for this first create a new link and then drag and drop the link on the parent link.
Once you are done with the menu, you can save it as a link or download to your desktop. There i no need to register and login unless you want to save your menu for future revisions.
After downloading you will see a IzzyWebsite folder, that is not useful to you and you can safely delete it. You need chrome.js file, images folder and Izzymenu.html file. Your menu css is inside the html file.
Update: It is not working properly in Firefox, changes to sub menu and other things will take forever to updtae. It works fine in IE 7
