Microsoft has released three classic games to the Windows Phone platform: Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Mahjong and MineSweeper. These three are classic titles available from early Windows OS versions to Windows 8. These games got modern UI look and also got the Xbox integration, you can earn achievements, compete with your friends, submit your scores to leaderboards, and track your gameplay stats.
Solitaire, Mahjong and MineSweeper are available from the Windows Phone store for download. These three games are now available across Windows 8 PCs, tablets and Windows Phones. Now you can sync the game play across devices, you can play, resume, pause and pickup on any of your connected devices.
The “Microsoft Solitaire Collection” includes variations such as Klondike, Spider, FreeCell and TriPeaks. And, as you can see from the image above, “Microsoft Mahjong” updates the tile matching game with beautiful imagery and intuitive controls. Finally, “Microsoft MineSweeper” tests your logic skills, and adds updated graphics and sound. Play with a touch of your finger to mark the locations of all the mines without uncovering any of them. Start with an Easy puzzle and work your way up to Expert.
