Nokia has launched the Bluetooth stereo headset with NFC support, this headset leaked in October as Nokia Guru. The Bluetooth headset with model number BH-121 comes with in-ear headphones (WH-208) with noise blocking. The headphones connect with the Bluetooth headset through a 3.5mm audio jack, that means you are free to use any other headphones while still using the headset.
The Bluetooth headset supports NFC pairing with smartphones that support NFC, other smartphones can be connected with Bluetooth technology. The BH-121 headset supports advanced bluetooth features like HFP/ HSP and or A2DP/ AVRCP profiles. The list of Nokia compatible devices include: Nokia Lumia 1520, Lumia 1320, Lumia 1020, Lumia 925, Lumia 625, Lumia 525, Asha 501 and Asha 503.
The Bluetooth headset BH-121 is compact with dimensions of 39 x 39 x 12mm and comes with a clip for attaching it to your clothes. The Play button is at the center of the device, the volume controls are on the side of the device. There is an LED indicator to show the battery life and where applicable this can also be tracked using a live tile, that is Lumia devices.
It will be available in Black, Cyan, Red and Yellow colors. The BH-121 Bluetooth headset is priced at €39 (?3,300) and will be available from later this month.
