Nokia has introduced a buyback scheme on its Lumia 520 and Lumia 620 models in India. Under the scheme you can exchange your old phone for a brand new Lumia 520 or Lumia 620 and get Rs. 4000 or Rs. 6000 as cachback. Quite recently Apple, Samsung and BlackBerry offered similar buyback schemes to push sales of their smartphones, with the success of these schemes Nokia is following them to offer similar schemes with its mobiles. It is important to note that these two mobiles are most successful in India and elsewhere in terms of numbers.
According to Nokia the discount amount Rs.4000 and Rs. 6000 is minimum discount and may vary with the dealer. You can take your mobile to a participating dealer and exchange your old phone to avail the offer. The list of retailer offering this scheme is not yet clear but we are guessing it might be available with many offline retail chains like Reliance Digital etc.
