Twitter has redesigned user’s web profile, the new redesign was rumored earlier and Twitter made the redesign official today. The redesigned users profiles are currently enable for a small group of users, mostly celebrities. But fear not the new redesign of twitter web profile is coming to you as well. If you want the redesign you can sign-up for twitter now, if you are not already and you are good to go. The new web profiles of twitter resemble Facebook profiles, really.
The new design included larger profile photo of you along with customizable header. Your best tweets which engaged more users will slightly look larger to give your best content more visibility. You can also pin your snarky tweet at the top so that your visitors get to know you better, this also serves as a status message.
Twitter is giving users the ability to filer tweets, when viewing others profile now you can tweets by Tweets, Tweets with photos/videos, or Tweets with replies. Other changes include bio below the profile photo, followers and media you uploaded below on the left sidebar. Photos/ Videos got new tab on the timeline as you can see on the First Lady Michelle Obama Twitter profile page.
