Xolo Q600 launched for Rs. 8499, 4.5-inch display, Android 4.2

Xolo has launched yet another mid range budget Android handset in its QCore series of smartphones, dubbed as Q600, it is a 4.5-inch screen phone and priced at Rs. 8,499 in India. It is a dual SIM phone running on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.

It features a 4.5-inch screen with FWVGA (854 x 480) resolution. It is powered by a 1.2GHz Quad Core MediaTek MT6589M processor with PowerVR SGX544 GPU. On the camera front it has a 5 megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera. It comes with 512 MB of RAM, and 4GB of internal memory out of which user accessible might be less than 2 GB. It also features a micro SD card for memory expansion.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Micro USB, 3G. It packs a 2000mAh battery under the hood to provide juice to the device. According to a listing it delivers upto 10 hours talk time on 3G and 242 hours of standby time.

At this price it is going to compete with quad core handsets like Karbonn S1 titanium and others.
