Gmail is not loading properly for me while Google Chrome, but works fine in other browsers like Firefox and IE. In Chrome after logging into Gmail, only a blank screen is loaded, no Inbox messages, no left menu or right chat boxes, nothing loads in Chrome.
The problem is affecting a lot of users, but in some instances only Inbox is blank and left menu is intact, in my case everything is blank. Google product forums has several threads discussing the problem, but no one has a working fix for the problem, example thread.
How to fix Gmail Blank Inbox
The fix may vary depending on Chrome version you are using and the Extensions installed.
I am running Chrome in Developer Mode, that is some how causing this Gmail blank inbox to appear. Once I disabled Developer mode everything is perfect, just load Gmail again and no need to close browser also. If you are not running Chrome in developer mode, try to disable all the extensions and see if it works. If it works then enable extensions one by one and identify which extension is causing Gmail to load blank inbox.
For some users disabling AdBlock extension or updating it worked (forum thread). For updating go to “AdBlock Plus Options –> Filters –> Update all subscriptions”, this has worked for many users.
For some users clearing cookies and cache worked, try this one first it might work for you. Clear cookies and cache and re login to Gmail to see if the problem is fixed.
