Apple slashes iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S prices in India

iPhone 5 launched in most part of the world but there is no official date announced in India. But Apple seems to be preparing for the launch sooner than later, as it slashed the prices of previous-gen iPhone models in India.

Apple slashed the prices of both iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S prices in India while the older 3GS model has been discontinued. iPhone 4S is now available for Rs. 41,500, previously it is available for Rs. 44,500, that means Rs.  3000 drop which may not be a good deal. iPhone 4 8GB model price has been reduced from Rs. 37,900 to Rs. 28,300, that means 9600 savings. If you wanted to have the iPhone and holding back because of the price, now is the time to get your hands on the pricy gadget.

There is no official date for the iPhone 5 launch in India, may be it will launch some time in November but we are not quite sure. iPhone 5 although has some better specs and bigger screen than the previous models, iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S are worthy models at an affordable price for an iPhone. iPhone 5 is expected to cost around Rs. 50,000 when it finally launches in India.
