Nokia is expected to announce several devices at an upcoming event on October 22nd. As the date nears we are seeing leaks of what could launch at the event and also press renders of the phones. Nokia is betting big on its Asha smartphones after Lumia phones particularly in developing markets. The Asha 501 released few months back had great success and Nokia is expected to announce Asha 500, Asha 502 and Asha 503 at this Nokia World event.
Famous leaker @evleaks has posted an image of the purported Asha 502 phone. There are no details associated with the image but the image shows the design of the phone which is similar to Asha 501 and inspired by Lumia line. The phone carries a 5MP camera at the back along with an LED flash which is new.
Nokia will release the phone in several colors like the Lumia lineup and the Asha 501. The colors included in the picture include Red, Green, Cyan, Yellow, Black and White. It is expected to come with a slightly bigger screen at 3.5-inches, dual SIM capability and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Nokia is expected to announce Asha 500, 502, 503, Lumia 2520 tablet codenamed Sirius, Lumia 1520 phablet codenamed Bandit at the event.
