Samsung announces Galaxy Ace Duos GSM+GSM version

Samsung announced a new Android smartphone Galaxy Ace Duos. If you remember there is already a dual SIM phone in India with the same name. This phone is GSM only meaning you can have two GSM SIMs in the same phone. The previously launched phone is GSM+CDMA version. The pricing of the new phone is not yet known, but the previous GSM+CDMA version retails in India at Rs. 13490, so this might cost similarly.

According to Samsung the phone will be available from next month starting with Russia and gradually introduced to other countries later. Samsung claims that this phone has Dual SIM always on feature that automatically forwards calls from one sim to the other sim.

Galaxy Ace Duos is powered by a 832MHz processor, 512MB RAM. It is running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It has 3.5 inch HVGA display, 5 megapixel rear camera wit auto-focus and has 3GB of internal memory. Supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS.
