Zoho, the online office suite creator is now offering Zoho People, a people management application. Zoho people web based app for managing human resources.
Zoho people has several modules for managing organization’s departments, designations, forms, checklists and self service modules for employees among others.
It offers customization of the module the way businesses want, they have integrated zoho creator in zoho people to make it easy to customize.
This app is targeted at businesses having more than 50 employees.

Zoho is improving all the time. Looks like its going to capture the online packages.
