You can set to record all skype automatically, it supports Skype to Skype, SkypeIn and SkypeOut calls. The recorded files are tagged by default with the name of the contact, you can add more tags if you wish. The recorded calls can be searched using the tags you specified or the default one.
Call Graph is freeware and works with Windows.
