GiftedMotion is a free application for creating animated GIF images. If you are a fan of MySpace glitters look at this app, otherwise it is not of much use, now the use of Animated GIFs is almost abandoned.
GiftedMotion allows you to create gif animation in simple steps, first load the images you want, then select the order of the images in the animation select time for each image and save it as a GIF animation.
This freeware is written in Java and comes as .Jar file of ~185KB and runs on Windows, Mac and Linux. Animated GIFs can be created from PNG, JPG, BMP and GIF images. [Related GifMake]
