Panasonic Eluga I Smartphone launched in India for Rs 9490

Panasonic has launched a new smartphone in the Indian market called Eluga I. The device is available through the online retailer Flipkart and it is priced aggressively, one seller is selling at Rs 9490 on Flipkart. Panasonic handsets are not that popular in the Indian smartphone market, the new Eluga I at Rs 10000 price range will have a lot of competition from several smartphones.

Panasonic Eluga I comes with a 5-inch IPS screen with HD resolution and raised curve display. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor along with a 1GB of RAM. The internal memory is pegged at 8GB, which can be expanded to 32GB using a micro SD card. In the imaging department it comes with a 8MP autofocus camera with LED flash and a 2MP front camera for selfies. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat skinned Fit Home UI on top of it.

The Panasonic Eluga I comes with Smart Swipe functionality, this feature is dependent on number of fingers used and the swipe direction for performing various functions. It comes with a 2000mAh Lithium polymer battery under the hood for providing juice.
