RapGet is a downloader tool for downloading files from files hosting services like Rapidshare, Megaupload and others. RapGet supports around 68 free file sharing sites.
RapGet allows simultaneous downloads and has multilingual support. If you have premium account with Rapidshare or other sites you can enter the login details to download files simultaneously or else you have to wait in between downloads for the specified time. It takes care of the captchas.
It has support for proxy, if you are behind a proxy you can specify the details in settings. You can also schedule your downloads using scheduler.
It is a standalone application, download the zip archive and extract it to a folder and use it. Source: DownloadSquad

the new version of rapget (1.41) is not working anymore. it cannot download from rapidshare any longer.

RapGet sucks!!! It could not download anything. I tried with sendspace, megaupload, rapidshare. Nothing got downloaded. It just keep on repeating the 5 minutes waiting time and error counter increase. There isn’t any error log also. BAD program. Maybe this is just another spyware.

I renewed premium account with Rapidhshare. I’d used version 131 it along with ver. 141 no longer works.

Rapget 1.41 does work with rapidshare. I am using with a premium account. No problems whatsoever.

No Problem for Megaupload, nice job for that.
But somehow, i tried 1.41 and 1.40..both cant work for rapidshare. Please look into this matter =(
Before i format my comp (abt 2 weeks ago), Rapget V 1.40 could dl from rapidshare…i wondered what happened since then..

Yes, Rapget 1.41 is no longer working for megaupload. I was using this from 3 months which was working fine

Megaupload seems to have change something on their sight. If anyone noticed, it was when the interface changed that Rapget stopped working.

well i have used rapget for the last few versions used to work with megaupload every time. i dont have a super fast line, but i still got thousands of files with the resume service.. even though there were a few little bugs, still its not really worth complaining about, considering what you got for free. but then megaupload was the only site i used it with
reason why it doesnt work now is simple, most obvious being the recent site overhaul & 4 characters in the captcha instead of 3.
