Wordpress for iPhone App is now available from iPhone App store as promised earlier. Wordpress for iPhone app works with both wordpress.com blogs and self hosted wordpress blogs. “You can write posts, upload photos and edit your wordpress blogs from your iPhone or iPod Touch.”
You need to be running Wordpress 2.5.1 version or higher to use this app for slef hosted blogs. Download from here

I am really excited for this app- and am seriously relieved to hear that it will work on self hosted blogs. I was a little worried about that. But here is why I am really excited- I have a travel blog and am planning on going to Europe this Fall and was worried about lugging around my lap top with me- but now I will be able to post a blog and upload pictures with my iphone. Apple and WordPress make my life so much easier.
