Pushtheweb: Remind your site visitors to upgrade their browsers

Pushtheweb

PushTheWeb.com is an effort towards a safe and better web browsing experience for users. The site or blog owners can embed the code to their blogs or sites, the code checks the web browser site visitors are using and shows a non-intrusive popup asking them to upgrade their browser. The message shows a reminder if they are not willing to upgrade immediately. As a blog owner you can set the time span for the reminder.

Installing the code is easy, just upload the JavaScript and images to your server and call them in your header file. This will save users from malicious attacks and also beneficial for the web developers by saving time to code for old browsers. Source: Ajaxian
