Yahoo Buzz, a community voting site from Yahoo is open to all. That means you don”t have to wait for the mail from Yahoo Buzz, you can go submit your stories to Buzz and vote other stories.
Earlier only a few selected publishers were allowed to submit their stories to buzz but from now any one can submit stories like Digg or other social bookmarking sites. Yahoo Buzz is much anticipated becuase of its huge traffic spikes when news links are featured in the Yahoo home page.
